The vast majority of where the appointments are generated from are businesses that have put the letter in their intray with an idea of responding, often shredding it away once their intray is full. This is why we need to call them back.
Our professional team will call back and establish the issues and only book a quality appointment on a day to suit you if there is a good chance of winning the client. We understand that its not about the number of appointments, its about the number of wins and there is no point in an appointment for appointments sake – it is a waste of your valuable time.
We also appreciate that some clients are price sensitive – these are dealt with as a lead – you can call them for a further discussion to determine if you can help them and to assertain if it is worth your while taking it any further. In other words a safety net – your time is precious.
There is no hard sell with our telemarketing approach, in fact the ones that turn into clients are straightforward (as it should be). They were often going to call anyway, but in fact never get round to it.
